When Life Takes on, Enjoy the Ride !!!

In a world full of people and things that we are so fond of, and some that we so truly detest, finding one's foothold is yet a herculean task for most. Often enough, just when you think you've found it... you've arrived… you've made it... ta-da!! There’s a long way to go!
Still a long way?!
So, there you go again, plodding your way through the fu*k and frolic of life!

Well, that's just how life is, I guess.
Nevertheless, dissing at life with notions like - life's a bi*ch, or that it su*ks... are way uncalled for, I say. Only because you realized it's not what you thought, or how you wanted it to be; does not make life bad or unfair. (Read - Grapes are sour syndrome!).
There is a lot more to how nature functions and why we get what we get from life, than what meets the eye. (Look out for details in my post on Hidden Karma).

Here's a quick fun something that can help to keep moving just when you thought you can't take no more!

1 - Make a list with four columns.
In the first column, titled "What's Wrong", jot down in 5 to 10 words, each thing that's making you want to scream at life or cry for yourself.
2 - Now, read one at a time, and in the second column titled "Feels", jot down a feeling word that your heart feels when you read this.
Examples - cheated, hurt, fear, disappointment, moody, teary, angry, upset, sad, happy.
Yes, you would be surprised to know that there are people who have a funny feeling of happiness when they read about something that they thought they aren't happy about in life.
Sanity, not Escapism.3 - In the third column titled "Antonym", fill in emotion words that you feel would be an antonym to the word in the second column. You might not be feeling it right now, and that's ok, you only need to jot down the opposite word.
Example - Angry. Antonym - calm/ composed/ stable/ successful/ cheery/ love.
Notice how our perception of negative and positive feelings displays individualistic differences even though the language is common to us!
4 - The last column titled "Eureka!" involves writing a quick note to your "What's Wrong" self, based on the antonym emotion from the third column. This could be a solution/ new action plan/ new direction/ new goal/ temporary relief/ self-empathy.

By the end of this task, the best that can happen is that you would be on your way to achieving your biggest goals.
Keep rollin, Keep glowin!
The least that would happen is that you would find a sense of solace and comfort or furthermore, would decide on staying put and not giving up yet, not because you should but because of a reason your heart knows and whispers only to you.

Give it a try! :)

Let’s toast to living it up our way, and letting life take the lead!
Keep rollin', Keep glowin'!.
