Find Your Personal Hologram!

Happy one month anniversary!

The temptation of writing strikes fierily in the busiest of times. In keeping with that, here I am, publishing a blog entry to celebrate the one month anniversary of my blog!

Oh, that feels good! Then again, giving into temptation always does, doesn't it?!

So, well... to celebrate our one month anniversary, Glow and I are serving up a teaser from the higher realms. Read on!

We live in a holographic reality. As part of our Universe, (which I believe, is actually a Multiverse System), our lives, relationships, blessings and mistakes… all are a part of our experience of living. They form the weave of a real time illusion which we experience so vividly that it is very easy to look past the reason why we chose to encounter this. That is how it is meant to be; but the wiser ones see the truth, as they acquaintance with the illusion they chose to live through.

Universe Multiverse
Temptation – it’s a part of the game. The temptation to submerge into life is so intense, so much so that we are able to blissfully remain unaware of our incessant choices – in the macrocosm and the microcosm.  And then we dismissively prefer to call them – matters of the subconscious!

The point I’m making here is – In a hologram, we can see whichever color WE choose to throw light on; but saying that that is the color which the HOLOGRAM is showing... Well, that’s plain unfair... or insane!
Realizing and being aware that each of our choices is a choice and not a pre-decided move by the Supreme Illusion or Maya; helps us to re-gain perspective in every life moment.

Personal HologramsThe dance of life is beautiful… even in a down moment, reminding ourselves of the Supreme Illusion, wherein "this is an event which we chose to experience, only that we don’t seem to remember the reason as of now"; helps make a dull day go sunny and bright... or at least transfigure from gloomy to cloudy for a start!

Brighten up the light, soar with the rhythm of your soul, dance with your mind- don’t hide, let yourself bask - in the glow of gold!

Let's toast to awakening to our personal holograms!

Peace.

When Life Takes on, Enjoy the Ride !!!

In a world full of people and things that we are so fond of, and some that we so truly detest, finding one's foothold is yet a herculean task for most. Often enough, just when you think you've found it... you've arrived… you've made it... ta-da!! There’s a long way to go!
Still a long way?!
So, there you go again, plodding your way through the fu*k and frolic of life!

Well, that's just how life is, I guess.
Nevertheless, dissing at life with notions like - life's a bi*ch, or that it su*ks... are way uncalled for, I say. Only because you realized it's not what you thought, or how you wanted it to be; does not make life bad or unfair. (Read - Grapes are sour syndrome!).
There is a lot more to how nature functions and why we get what we get from life, than what meets the eye. (Look out for details in my post on Hidden Karma).

Here's a quick fun something that can help to keep moving just when you thought you can't take no more!

1 - Make a list with four columns.
In the first column, titled "What's Wrong", jot down in 5 to 10 words, each thing that's making you want to scream at life or cry for yourself.
2 - Now, read one at a time, and in the second column titled "Feels", jot down a feeling word that your heart feels when you read this.
Examples - cheated, hurt, fear, disappointment, moody, teary, angry, upset, sad, happy.
Yes, you would be surprised to know that there are people who have a funny feeling of happiness when they read about something that they thought they aren't happy about in life.
Sanity, not Escapism.3 - In the third column titled "Antonym", fill in emotion words that you feel would be an antonym to the word in the second column. You might not be feeling it right now, and that's ok, you only need to jot down the opposite word.
Example - Angry. Antonym - calm/ composed/ stable/ successful/ cheery/ love.
Notice how our perception of negative and positive feelings displays individualistic differences even though the language is common to us!
4 - The last column titled "Eureka!" involves writing a quick note to your "What's Wrong" self, based on the antonym emotion from the third column. This could be a solution/ new action plan/ new direction/ new goal/ temporary relief/ self-empathy.

By the end of this task, the best that can happen is that you would be on your way to achieving your biggest goals.
Keep rollin, Keep glowin!
The least that would happen is that you would find a sense of solace and comfort or furthermore, would decide on staying put and not giving up yet, not because you should but because of a reason your heart knows and whispers only to you.

Give it a try! :)

Let’s toast to living it up our way, and letting life take the lead!
Keep rollin', Keep glowin'!.

Holidays, Surprises and Love!!

Back from a rejuvenating siesta, straight into the arms of true love. The best part? Purely by chance!

In Love and Satisfied... For now ;)

Love is so beautifully serene... at times. Every once in a now and then, there comes a point where the world makes sense again, life has meaning again, blossoms bloom and joy makes you swoon.

Oh well, maybe it's just the holiday hangover making me go cuckoo!

Let's toast to love, surprises, and amazing holidays!!!

Stolen kisses!

Happy New Life - Happy New Year!!

Beach hopping in Asia, all I can think of right now is how far I feel from my reality and how close I feel to a life that I wasn't a part of up until yesterday.  Call it illusion or the essence of vacation, I’m fine with both; For all that seems to matter right now is that I’m happy, I’m at peace and I’m loved.

Looking back at 2013, I realize how little and how much I've changed on the whole since December 2012; there have been such intense situations I've experienced this year… some that I so looked forward to and some that I never thought I’d have to go through ever.

New Year 2014 New Beliefs

The ups and the downs this year have been major. I feel a year older. I feel I have lived a real life for a whole year. These 365 days have added so much to my being and to my belief systems. At the same time, they've given me so much human work to perform.

By “human work” I mean the things that we need to work on to progress and to develop. This human form was granted to us not to live, laugh, cry and die. That was the agenda in the animal form.

Having taken birth in a Human Consciousness, we have signed up for the responsibility of questioning our old beliefs and forming progressive new beliefs that would help us to revolutionize the belief system individually at first, and for the human race as a whole.

Sooner or later, we would learn from our mistakes, tide over our struggles, soar over our glories and give to life the meaning that we create for ourselves in each lifetime of our soul on this Earth.

So, I’m revolutionizing my New Year’s Resolution 2014. I resolve to have “atleast” 3 new positive beliefs by the end of 2014:
  • I am my source of happiness.
  • I am free to be me.
  • I respect everything I am.

This isn't easy, as these statements are not how I naturally feel when in the midst of trouble, rather much the opposite. But to transform my human work form this year into material energy for the next, I resolve to add the glow to my belief system via these 3 beliefs, for a start.

My suggestion: Have a look at 2013 for you, for your life. Go through your most intense pleasures and pains. Detect the negative beliefs you had or the positive ones that would have helped you to deal better, on after thought now. Then, choose 3 beliefs to work with, for a start. You’re all set!

New Year Resolutions

Well then, getting back to my beach hopping illusive reality holiday, I’m signing off for this year...  Let the human work begin!

Do let me know how you spend the new years and which beliefs you choose to make life a more fulfilling experience for you. :)

Let’s toast to New Beliefs and a glowing New Year 2014!!!

Getting Down to Doing It Right - It's Easy!

One of the quickest ways to take a decision, choose the right thing, get up, get out and do your thing… in short – live life the way you know you should, and be who you really want to be – is to ask yourself – “when I die and merge with the Supreme Intelligence; and I review the life I've lived – watching me doing what I'm about to do – would I want to kick myself in the a** for being such a fool? Or would I jump up into a standing ovation, bow to myself and want to scream “Oh yeah! That’s how it’s done baby! You showed ‘em all!! You make me feel so proud right there. More power to you buddy!”?”

That feeling right there... That’s the answer you are looking for. Live life by that answer, and you shan't have another night, with your heart whimpering “This’s not what I had planned for me. This’s not how I’d wanted to be.”

I've found that another very helpful question to ask oneself is – “Is this who I want my children to know me as? Is this what I want them to learn about life and how to live it?”
Somewhere, it jolts our mind about what we are teaching a moldable mind, and how deep and far reaching an impact it could have on their life, and for generations to come.

In case, this sounds too far-stretched or intense for your liking… try giving this a thought:

You saw a parent figure being emotional in early life, very vulnerable by middle age, and having a caustic temper or a hopeless depression post middle age.
- Does that make you feel safe, secure and sure of life?
- Does it make it easier to deal with the big bad world?
- Does that let you believe that you have the power to take on the world, with no need for hostility or shyness?
- Do you feel the world is beautiful; people are genuinely helpful, God truly cares – on the whole, life is worth giving a shot at without fear, anger, guilt, suspicion, weariness or any other barrier?

If you say no to even a single of these questions, well, then you know how much and why it is so important that your kids see you and learn about life in a way that helps them live it well, have it smoother and pass it on. It’s the least you could do … for them and for you.

On the other hand, before I conclude, wrap your head around this for me just once:
You saw a parent figure being independent and active in early life, jovial and equanimous through middle age and content, zealous and happy post middle age.
Now answer- -
- Does that make you feel safe, secure and sure of life?
- Does it make it easier to deal with the big bad world?
- Does that let you believe that you have the power to take on the world, with no need for hostility or shyness?
- Do you feel the world is beautiful; people are genuinely helpful, God truly cares – on the whole, life is worth giving a shot at without fear, anger, guilt, suspicion, weariness or any other barrier?

If you answer a yes to any of these questions, well, I rest my case.

Ultimately, I'd say, whether you use good old death or innocent youthful life as an aide to being integrous, so long as it helps you be who your heart knows you to be… Life is B-E-A-Utiful..!!!

Let’s toast to life, and the knowing… that you can sail through life joyfully unscathed, and for the minor bumps on the way... there’s always a warm hug, a soft pillow, a lil chocolate... and band-aid!
